At Common Ties you can submit an interesting answer (or some artwork) to one or more of their questions in 50 words or less. If your answer is chosen you will be paid $50. Currently their questions include things like:
What is your most obsessive thought?
What is the best/worst advice you’ve ever received?
What happened on your most unusual date?
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you/someone else?
What is the most gracious act of kindness you have witnessed?
What was your funniest social or professional faux pas?
What was the most uncanny coincidence in your life?
What was your most life-altering moment?

As well as written answers they also accept artwork to illustrate any of the answers. You can be paid up to $150 for this.

Just announced today is that they now accept video answers too. Create your video and you can make up to $200 for it if it’s chosen. Make sure to read the Video Submission Guidelines.

So get creative and earn some money at the same time.
