What is it?
With Crossloop you can take over your customers’ PC through yours and fix their software problems remotely without having to talk them through it or having to be there in person. You can choose from a range of fields that you are prepared to help in, for example “wireless routers” or even “web design”, photoshop or any other software for which you are able to offer help. As well as this you can use Crossloop to offer training on the software of your choice.

How do you make money?
In your profile you can set your price, either charging by the hour or per session. After every session your customer can give you a rating which helps to build your profile.

The great thing with this is that you can also promote yourself anywhere on the internet and so there’s a lot of potential to gain new customers and earn more. For example you may already have a web site through which you offer web design. Or you might frequent forums or social media sites where you have already built up a good reputation. You could add Crossloop as part of your services on your site, signature line or in any creative way you can think of and earn some extra money in your spare time.

Requirements
- A PC connected to the internet – as far as I know Mac and Linux is not yet supported.
- Knowledge of some software of your choice.
- You will need to open a free account at Crossloop.com and install the software
- A Paypal account
